NeuLogic Screen Ruler is a sleek, always-on-top measurement tool for designers, developers, and anyone needing pixel-accurate spacing on-screen. Place draggable laser lines over any application (across multiple monitors) and see the live distance in pixels with a mirrored readout.

Choose the measurement mode that fits the job: a pair of lines for distance measurement, a single full-screen laser line (toggle vertical/horizontal), or a full-screen crosshair that moves as one piece.
